We can only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days after receipt. If the seal is broken on the box or bottle, the return will not be accepted. How often do you ship?
We process orders and ship daily, Monday through Friday. We do our very best to ship your order within 24 hours. We know how exciting it is to wait for online purchases, so we try to make you wait as little as possible. We will send you an email when your item ships, with tracking information. We generally use UPS, but may use other carriers from time to time. We have a flat-rate shipping price of $5.
If you need to change, add to, or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
