Your satisfaction is very important to us.  We are confident you will be very happy with your purchase. Sometimes the need arises to return an item. We can only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days after receipt. If the seal is broken on the box or bottle, the return will not be accepted. We take pride in our products and the amazing ingredients contained within.  We use only the best and our products are made in Canada, under the strictest of Canadian laws, rules, and regulations concerning skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products. Where are your products made?

All of our products are made with love and kindness in Canada. Canada has some of the strictest laws and regulations concerning skincare and cosmetic products and ingredients, so you may use our products with confidence.

Our products are produced in small batches in a state-of-the-art eco-friendly “green” lab to ensure freshness and potency. How often do you ship?

We process orders and ship daily, Monday through Friday. We do our very best to ship your order within 24 hours. We know how exciting it is to wait for online purchases, so we try to make you wait as little as possible. We will send you an email when your item ships, with tracking information. We generally use UPS, but may use other carriers from time to time. We have a flat-rate shipping price of $5.
If you need to change, add to, or cancel your order, please email as soon as possible. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
